Garmin's help please?

My Garmin was connected with MFP, at least excercise info and steps was being logged until yesterday. It wasn't picking up my calories from MFP but now on the garmin connect site it is saying it is connected, but on the MFP site it says it isn't.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

My Garmin will sometimes reset/resync if I shut my phone off for a minute and then turn it back on. Also, maybe check to see if there are any Garmin updates that need to happen.0
