Update on Intermittent Fasting

Good Morning Good Morning!!
Rise and shine!
Still got Saturday and Sunday to go. Idk if I’ll take a day of break. Heres an update of the last 2 days under intermittent fast.
Breakfast: Shakeology + Bagel
(Both mornings)
Lunch: Half salad+ rice and beans lol and 4 oz of chicken or more.
Snacks: Consisted of Beef jeeky link; crackers; and 🤔 yea.
I have maintained to the 16:8 window. Today and tomorrow will be a lil different because I want change it up as too having my eating windows in the afternoon also tomorrow there is this Birthday celebration Sweet 16 that me and my husband are heading too. So this will help. Lets see how that goes.
As to workouts; I have not done my Zumba since i been feeling sicky. I let what I do in the day be it. Maybe next week.
How are you guys and gals holding up?
Well; have a blessed day.. a lot of walking today and fresh produce grocery shopping after work lol

I naturally fall into an 18:6 split with just lunch and dinner and very few snacks. As my insulin resistance dropped away, my ability to maintain a tighter window became increasingly easy. I still track calories, because I have days like yesterday where I got nearly 18k steps over the course of my day and was totally unable to hit net 1200 calories for the day. Therefore, today I have NO eating window. I just need to get my calories in me.4

Yes I find this to become a lil tougher as the Resistence is increasing. The increase of caloric intake. I get full quick I noticed.1

Is there a fasting group here? I do 16:8 and am working on putting two OMAD days in.1
