Hi I am Cheve and I just started today need to lose 50 pounds by this time next year i am going to take a baby steps so i will do it

Good luck. I want to lose at least 30 lbs and keep it off for my wedding in 2013 (: Just keep too it and keep thinking positive thoughts and you can do it.0
