Hello - Here's the numbers

Okay, I saw this on someone else's post

January 29th, 2008 - 200 pounds
February 20, 2008 - 195 pounds

It took me years to get that big, but five pounds in three weeks - I've cut my calories in half, nothing but healthy foods, and I'm working out EVERYDAY!!!! I walk for an hour every morning then work out for about an hour and a half after the walk. What the heck!!!!
