Back.... Again... Urgh... My fault 100%

So, I'm back... 38, 100lbs overweight, and I totally did it to myself, carns, sweets, stopped snowboarding and running.

Looking for friends who know this yo-yo pain.

Why am I starting again? I want my 40s to be healthier than my 40s.

    easier said than done but try not to be so hard on yourself...Ive been in the same boat
    Once I lost the weight (again) I promised I would weigh in at least once every 1-2 weeks..I needed that accountability and even if I didn't like the number..it is sure lots easier to shed 203 pounds rather than 10-15
    I really thought when I set this rule, I would never be back in the position I am....so here we go!
    All we can do is dust ourselves off and move forward with forgiveness and some optimism...GOOD LUCK
