Food diary question

Every time I add to my food diary, I have to look up the food or go to most recent. Is there any way to do this any easier? It seems very time consuming.

    only if you use the quick tools... or you can make a variety of meals that you usually eat in "my meals" and add them to your diary when relevant... i think that this is the only way... good luck!

    If you have a frequent meal with the same ingredients, you could save the meal under Quick Tools, then just go to My Meals and select it.
  • I don't know a better or faster way. I eat some of the same foods daily (dinner salad) so that remains the same, but I've learned to simplify what I'm putting in. I try to leave out the fru fru like sugar free or fat free and you can pick it out of the list quickly. Otherwise it comes back "Not found":(

    Let me know if you find a shortcut.
