Newbie !!

Hi trying to lose weight and get fit! What a challenge !! Worried about dark nights, hope I can keep on track, can't afford gym as I'm a new single parent!! So worried, need to do this,and keep a positive mind going at moment, with all that's going on.
Any help, motivation needed please and it would be nice to chat to other adults lol, as mostly my only company will be my delightful children.

    Welcome to MFP! You will be happy you joined there is so much motivation and positive people here!!! If you are looking for friends you can add me, I feel the same as you it is a CHALLENGE to lose the weight. But it sure pays off and is so worth it.
    My advice is to add EVERYTHING you eat and all your EXCERSISE. This will really help keep you on track and motivated. Good luck on your weight loss journey!!!

    Welcome, and you don't have to have a gym membership. ther are lots of things you can do for excerise without going to a gym. Good luck and keep posting.
