Back Again!

So. I've been on a "diet" for most of my life, but now, at 71, I'm using the Bulletproof/Keto plan to get healthier and have more (or, actually, some) energy. It's been a week and I'm using Dave Asprey's suggestions about a slow introduction to cleaner eating, so this past week I've stopped using sugar. I cannot BELIEVE the difference in how I feel - I'm "all in."
