My name is Joe, I have always been in pretty good shape most of my life, last winter I guess I just got a little comfortable and lazy and put on some weight, well a lot to be honest, I'm the heaviest I have ever been in my life right now and I'm trying through this app and other things to drop the weight, get back into shape for my health, confidence and so I feel happy again. So if anyone has any tips or suggestions I would really appreciate hearing them so I could possibly try them out and see if they work for me to lose the weight and get healthy again.

Same here! I have spent most of my life active and fit. Somehow I am now the heaviest of my life as well. It’s frustrating to get out of the hole, but I can honestly say make it a lifestyle again and not a pressure-filled, mandated rigid routine, and you’ll be back on track in no time. I’m also on here to begin being mindful again so I can return to an ideal weight. Reach out for support whenever!0
