when oven roasting or cooking with olive oil should the number of table spoons be counted as calories or is olive oil or cooking oil considered part of the total calories that MFP puts for say oven roasted brussel sprouts?

I just made a batch of roasted beets, potatoes, carrots and parsnips. I weighed each vegetable raw and entered them as raw veggies in my diary. I used 1 tablespoon of olive oil so entered that in my diary.
I then saved all the above as a meal.

Don't use an entry called "oven-roasted brussels sprouts" unless you created the entry yourself.
Log each ingredient separately.8
