Gaining and not losing

I'm trying had to stay at the allotted calories. But I'm gaining weight and not losing the weight. I'm really getting frustrated with the whole thing.

    Do you weigh your food? Are you logging all the foods you are consuming?

    Does anyone have that link?

    Are you using a food scale and weighing everything you eat?

    Are you choosing the correct foods from the database?

    I am having the same issue. I get so disappointed in myself and then I lose track of everything I'm working towards. :/
