Enable Negative Calorie Adjustments or No?

Im not sure whether to enable this setting or not...what is your opinion?

    You have provided no information for me to base an opinion on whether I think it would be a good idea for you or not. I know why I don't need to turn it on but that is not helpful to you.

    What have you set you activity level for in MFP? If sedentary, ignore it.

    I don't. I set my MFP activity to sedentary so the calorie target they give me is my daily minimum. If I work out or get additional calories from my tracker I eat most of them back, but this way I don't have to think about eating less than my assigned target.

    If you have your activity level set to anything other than sedentary then probably yes.

    If you’re active & tracking that activity, then it would be best to use calorie adjustment. There is of course the risk of eating back more than you burned, but it’s safer (and easier to adjust for) than running too large a deficit, especially long-term.
