morning everybody, I'm Zoe and I joined My Fitness pal 4 weeks ago on the advice of my husband who has lost nearly a stone, simply by watching his calories and exercising
I was on the WW plan before joining here and I lost 7LBS, in the four weeks I've joined here I have only lost 1 lb, but I did have some days over calorie allowance and a few nights out, so this is to be expected.
What advice would you give to get my metabolism sped up and to get into the loss momentum !

Hi! I’m a 47 year old woman in Vancouver BC. I don’t have the same goals or path as many MFP members. Im not looking to sculpt my bod or drop loads of pounds in the short term. My goal is to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle in a sustainable manner despite a busy career and family life. I would love to have some friends in similar situations.0
