Hello, I'm trying to lose weight but I'm struggling miserably with it :( I want to lose 10kg but have absolutely no motivation whatsoever and don't know what to do or where to start. If anyone has any tips for me I'd be more that grateful! :)

Long story short.... original weight 350.... lapband dropped me to 153.... maintained at 190 for a while.... my father passed away 3 years ago and I haven’t handled it well. Shot up to 290 and just started using the app 11 days ago I’m down 286. Overall goal is to sit at a nice 200. Cardio and limited weightlifting..... “drop the mic”

Started at 356 on August 4, currently 314. Working with a team of professionals (doctors, dieticians, personal trainers) my goal weight is 240 but built. Sounds like a lot for a guy who is 5' 7" but already have 20lb more lean muscle mass than my ideal weight on any chart. So my goals are working WITH my genetics, and not against them.
