Day 1 (repeat-low intensity) done!
Iโve decided, in an effort to align with challenge Iโll do the same tomorrow so the weekend will be rest days. Also I plan to increase my walking/biking on the weekend for another challenge Iโm doing.1 -

Same as other challenge, Iโve mixed it up and have worked hard so Iโm good up to day 9. On a side note my lunges have improved slightly........... I still hate em though ๐๐ป1

@superfood75 i havenโt updated but im up to day 12! Side note, today i hit a new record on my apple activity rings. My move is set at 1000 cal and today i hit 200% thats a 2000 cal burn!1
