Plateau Struggles

Hi everyone! So far I’ve lost ~40 lbs, got at least another 20 to go. I lost the first 30 lbs pretty steadily at about 1.5lb/week. But since July, I’ve only lost 5-10 lbs (that’s less than 0.5 lb/week). At first I thought I wasn’t eating enough; I restricted to 1200-1300 calories a day with intense exercise 5-6 times a week. For the past month, I increased my calories to 1600-1700 a day while maintaining my activity level. But that hasn’t seemed to help either. Any tips on how to get through the plateau? Thank you ❤️ (p.s calorie counts are pretty accurate, I measure and weigh everything I eat/drink)

    Your not experiencing a plateau if your still losing. Have you tried adjusting your macros? Maybe play around with those. What sort of workouts are you doing? Have you measured to see if your shape is changing, you may not be losing as much weight as you like but you may be losing inches? Just a few thoughts x
