Beginning

After breaking my ankle and almost a year of not meeting my health goals I've joined a gym and am doing Fitness Pal. I'm only two days in and on track and I've got to say that first gym session of 30 minutes cardio on the cross trainer and five machines at 50 reps felt so good. Wish me luck! Happy to support anyone else that needs a positive boost.

    I’m new also!! Congratulations on your journey!! I’m trying to avoid diabetes, and some days, especially now, can be so difficult!! I’m on 30 days and have lost over 7lbs. One pound at a time. Also....I have serious ortho problems and do water therapy. It’s a SLOW process for me. You are on a great start!!!

    I'm working to get back on track - and LOVE the success I've had using this tool. It's easy to log and truly makes a difference...!!!
