If you’re not losing weight in four months of trying, then you’re not in a calorie deficit.
Are you weighing ALL of your food?
How do you calculate exercise calories?3 -
Has the scale moved at all? How much do you have left to lose? How fast are you trying to lose it?
How long have you been losing and how much had you lost when you stalled?
Do you use a food scale to weigh all solid food? Are you personally verifying the MFP entries you choose?
How much of your exercise calories are you eating back?

Have patience with yourself. Also, take measurements of your body because even if you don't see the scale move you could be shrinking in size since fat is more volume and muscle are more dense so take up less space than fat. When I plateaued I shrank an inch off my waist which encouraged me.1
