Pictures updates and shares are great, but not mandatory. When reporting weight on Wednesdays post your begining weight when you join this discussion date, your new weekly weight and your goal. Let's do this! 😁 Example: I weighed in on 11-13-19 wanting to do this weekly weigh in stuff I weighed at 213.2 I finally started this group thanks to a friendly suggestion 11-17-19 my ultimate goal is 135. This is week 1.
