Hello- Im new to MVP, and reading some of the posts, is there a link to help decode some of the abbreviations for those that are new? I have no idea what NSV means

You can go to the search button on the message boards and type abbreviations to see all of them too.
Its called MFP My fitness pal, NSV is a non-scale victory - some success not associated specifically with pounds. For example getting into your skinny jeans from 2 years ago, lowering your bp, getting a compliment from someone.0 -
