    Day 21 - Checked off. My 13 year-old son has started lifting weights and now the barbell and dumbells have been reduced down for him so rather than us fight over changing them each time or discourage him, I just grabbed and stacked two 25 lb plates for the curls today. This was a good excuse to mix it up a bit (and maybe buy some quick-release collar clips this weekend).

    Done with days 26 & 27 (4 sets of 14 reps with heavy weights is getting tough)!

    Closed out Day 28 - 5 sets of 14 isn't easy but feel I've accomplished a lot this month. I did a modified version of the 30 day squat challenge in October so looking for ideas for December (Planks maybe?) if anyone has a good recommendation I'm looking for suggestions.

    Wrapped up November - I'm adding three more days of chest expansions in December to get to 100 but am planning to start a new challenge. Good luck to everyone in finishing up November if you're a few days behind.

    @jimboden3 you did great, way to stick with it! I unfortunately (AGAIN) took on too many things and this got away from me.
