chop up medium head of cabbage
peel two medium carrots and add to cabbage.
add 4 tbls of olive, vegetable oil or better yet, sesame oil to your largest pan on med heat. Add cabbage & carrot mixture and add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. cook on med heat til veggies are soft and remove from heat and let cool.
When cool, fill eggroll wrappers to make egg rolls.

Place parchmont paper on freezer shelf and place eggrolls on it leaving a bit of room between each and freeze 6 hours turning once half way.

Now that they will not stick together you can place about 5 in each quart sized freezer bag.

Grab 2 or three for lunch and deep fry in veg. oil. dry on paper towel. You will find all the oil is left except about 2 tsp. 1/2 tsp is in the paper towel.

Yummy, low cal, low fat, low cholesteral, high fiber.
