Please help!! I NEVER know what buy when grocery shopping! What are some things to start with or some go-to recipes that are simple (I’m not a fan of cooking) for 2. Thank you!

Hey there,
You may need to share more information in order to get really useful help.
You don't have any goals listed on your profile, and you give no clues as to what you are willing to eat, what kind of diet plan is a fit for you and person #2.
Here are some recipes that I find pretty simple:
How about a meal built around a big salad. This guide has some great ideas for main dish salads.
Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs with Green Beans and Potatoes
Mexican Pinto Beans
Easy Sautéed Mixed Greens Recipe
Microwave Fresh Asparagus
20 Healthy Sheet Pan Dinners for Busy Weeknights
One-Pan Roasted Salmon with Broccoli and Red Potatoes
Potato hash with tomatoes, pepper and kale
Cuban Black Beans
Maybe pick ONE recipe that looks simple, and try it. Then if that works, make it again the next week, and try one other new recipe.
Whatever direction you are headed in, making a gradual change is easier than big changes all at once.
Good luck!

Hi! My goals is to lose weight, I have plenty to lose! It’s my daughter (16) and I at home & we both eat pretty much all foods. I appreciate your response! Thank you.0 -
I'm a single mom to 3 kids. Typically I cook 3 meals a week and we eat leftovers or easy option on the other nights. Some of our go-to meals are:
Tacos - ground beef or chicken with salsa in the crockpot. Add in the shell you prefer and toppings. Or put the meat on a bed of lettuce for a taco salad.
Breakfast casseroles - eggs, milk, cheese, tater tots, spinach (lots of spinach, you can't even taste it), any other veggies you like then I add either cooked sausage within the casserole or bacon on top. Serve with toast ususally.
Roast - rump roast in crockpot with carrots, onion and potatoes (or whatever you prefer). Seasoning I use is 1 packet of dried ranch, dried Italian dressing and dried brown gravy mix with about 2 cups of water.
Chili - lots of recipes out there to choose from. I brown the beef and use my crockpot.
Baked chicken with side of steam veggies (add in garlic butter) and bread of some sort.
