Restarting training routine and diet

So im getting back into it after 5 years of on/off workouts with slow decline and a waste of time,...just not satisfied and i know ive been slacking. I've worked out for over 25 years and have academic background in health and nutrition, and a Chemical Engineering degree, so if you feel i can help with your diet or a particular goal in muscle growth, i'll try to put in my 2 cents. I've had success with different diets and goals, but at this point im NOT necessarily eating less. The goal is to maintain my daily macros and focus on building a thicker back and stronger hamstrings/quads. If you want muscle gains you've never had..thicker legs, etc, etc..This is a good program for gains, so let's get it. If you just want motivation or mutual support, feel free to add me.
