Running 30 and Ripped in 30 plan 9/1/11

Hello,
I am starting a new program for September. I am planning to Run 30 minutes followed by the Ripped in 30 DVD. I'll take 2 days a week off. I'd love for whoever can to join me for that extra motivation factor!
I'll only track my starting weight/waist and ending weight/waist. Feel free to post/track whatever measurements you please. :happy:

Hey good for you.,. I just bought 30 Day Shed and I've started jogging regularily (30min 5K) But I can't do it everyday.. My job requires me to run around for 8 hours all day and a LOT of lifting.. After that I'm pooped.. So I work out on days I'm not working.. Like today I'll do a jog and start my DVD.. Maybe we'll see how motivated I get this month and I'll do my hardest to keep on track.. Whats one month right?0

I know what you mean. it is hard with work, I am in the Air Force so I work all day then go home to my second job at home

Hello! I am going on Vacation this weekend -- but starting on Tuesday the 6th I starting the 30 day shred. I also signed up for a 10k in october so I will throwing in my running training 3-4 times a week as well!
I will post my starting weight measurements on Monday!0 -
I am doing the ripped in 30 but I am only doing that video 2x a week. I can't do it over and over in a week I get to bored and it up quitting. I am doing mon-ripped in 30 tues the firm wed no more trouble zones thurs ripped in 30 level 1 and level 2 then friday run sat The firm sun off. Then run a few days out of the week. I love this routine. I did 30 day shred but didn't finish it because I dreaded doing the same routine over and over in the 10 days.0

Well I am so happy you guys are going to do it with me as much as you can. I am stationed in Japan so I'm a day ahead so today (Sep 2nd) I did my first workout.
My starting measurements are as follows:
Weight :119
Waist:: 27.5
Upper Thigh: 22.0
Hopefully I can see a difference at the end of the month, if not in my weight at least looking more toned all over.
BTW My diet will be 1500cal a day with trying to burn 300 with exercise = 1200 net. Also I am trying to keep the carbs below 150g and cut out the processed food/snacks0 -

Tonight I plan to run 2 miles and do the 30 day shred.
I will probably be around the same as you -- having my cals be at 1200 but then shooting for 1500 w/exercise.

Sweet! so far so good for me, I've been doing the workout but not the run it's been nasty outside and I hate the treadmill anyway I've been making up for it by doing 2 sessions of 30DS and ripped in 300 -
I measured but I always am on this thing at work and I wrote it down at home! haha!
Day three for me! Today I am just going to to the shred. I ran both Tuesday and Wednesday. I think I will keep to running 3-4 times a week!0 -
Finally turning in my day 1 measurements (day one was September 7th) lol

hips 41
bust 36
I won't measure again until I am finished. It is going well though!0
