So this is me !! Taking the first photo exactly a year ago , not particularly liking my body but hoping I could do a comparison photo a year later ! 46lb down , and found my love for working out . It wasn’t an easy road but I don’t think it is for anyone , we all come across our bumps in the road ! But it was worth it 💖

Not only does your figure look much better so does your skin tone. I'm noticing my skin is much more olive since I've started fasting and switched to more alkaline foods.

I started working out 3-4 times a week , at 6am as I have 3 kids and my husband works late every day so the only time which suited me . I done a bootcamp - do weights and cardio . I have since stopped the bootcamp and just doing classes at my local gym , I have fell in love with excerise . So I will do a gym round myself , or attend the circuit class - and I found a love for boxing 🤣 . I’m trying now to lift heavier as well , I would like to define my stomach but I will get there ! This week with work I may only get 3 work outs in , but next week my shifts are better so will try for 5 or 6 . Thank you for your kind words , x
