I drive a county/city bus in Miami for 8-9 hours a day. Yeah I'm sitting but consistently moving my arms and legs. Sedentary or lightly active?

Sedentary means mostly seated - your job is seated.
Unless you are active outside of working hours (remember it's the whole week not just your job) then sedentary describes you accurately.0 -
Me personally I always set mine to sedentary. Then if you notice you're loosing too fast readjust your calorie goals.0

test it out. I found that setting my calories between sedentary and lightly active was best option for me.1
