Help with calories

I lost a lot of weight and now I feel like I should change my calorie intake. But I don’t no how to figure out how many calories I need?

Google how to find out your daily calorie intake. There at several methods or formulas I think but it’s fairly straight forward. Let’s just say it’s 2500 calories for you to maintain (not lose, not put on). Then work out how many calories you are eating at day and go from there. Example. You eating 2000 calories. Maintenance is 2500. You are in a calorie deficit and will lose weight. Up your calories to maintain if you are done. Hope that makes sense.0
