Debra garner my username here is nenitawasserman and if you could see my food intake and givevne guidance as i fall back to bad habits is appreciated.

Falling back into bad habits is easily done but you shouldn't feel bad about it. Simply realise that we're all human and change is hard but you're one of the few who take on change so be proud! When bad habits arise, just think back to how bad it made you feel the last time and ask yourself "do I really want to do this?" outloud.
When stressed, take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth and relax. Don't know if you've cut it from your diet but a nice warm cup of tea or coffee calms me down, whichever I'm in the mood for.
Make sure to self appreciate; take time out to read a book or exercise, whatever makes you happy. You'll feel a lot better.
