Hello I’m new on the app and also kinda new too the whole diet and exercise stuff I mean I’ve tried it several times before and always failed I just didn’t really know what I was doing and I would lose motivation cause I would never get anywhere. ANY ADVISE WOULD BE HELPFUL!!!!!!!

    Think about how long you've been attempting to move the pounds and what you've achieved (not a lot) so for the future think of it as a rest of your life lifestyle, adjust things so you lose weight but concentrate on the weaker moments, the moments when we put weight on. Stop the weight going on and in time the weight will come off.
    Feel happy, feeling happy helps me a lot, don't dwell on the negatives.

  • Thank you I tend too be a very happy individual and I would love too make it a life style every since high school my freshman year I’ve wanted too make this change but could never do it and no one was supportive or willing too help out I’m now 2 years out and feel I’m in the right position in my life to make this change it’s definitely gonna be a journey and would love for you and anyone else to follow along as I continue it

  • Weight loss I currently weigh around 270 I wanna get down too around 200 or less atleast
