Love that Hungry girl!!! The Devils food cake mix+ 1 can of libbys pure is awesome to! Just mix together and cook as you would per the directions on box. Sometimes I add a/2 mini morsels and tb of cinnamon. Reminds me of texas sheet cake!

You know who Curtis Stone is? (Take Home Chef)
He came up with a 70 calorie (with frosting!) per cupcake recipe.

I have not tried it yet, but rest assured I will!

Yes! I have the yummiest lower calorie strawberry cupcake recipe - I think they're better than regular cupcakes!

1 box strawberry cake mix (the supermoist kind is best)
10 oz (1.25 cups) diet big red

That's it!!! Bake according to the back of the cake mix box. I made cupcakes and bake them for 18 minutes. (Just don't add any of the eggs/oil/etc. Two ingredients - very easy!)

    Enjoy!

make angel food cake-cup cakes (look on-line as the recipe is a bit different than the on box for the cake)
for icing use fat free vanilla pudding and crushed pinapple and low fat cool wip (use 1 box of pudding, 1 can of crushed pinapple w/ juices, and 1 cup of cool wip)
top cupcakes w/ blueberries and strawberry slices.. they are great and I think they are about 90 calories

I found a recipe online, it isso easy-frost with FF cool whip YUM!!

    DIET COKE CAKE
(version of recipe put into Community Recipe Swap by KJR1963)

1 box cake mix - any flavor
1 can diet soda - any flavor

    Variations I've seen:
    chocolate cake w/ diet coke
    yellow cake w/ diet lemon-lime
use your imagination for the combinations! Oh the possibilities!

Mix the dry cake mix with 10-12 oz of diet soda. (Do not use the egg or oil listed
on the box). Spray a 9 x 12 cake pan (or cupcake tin) with non-stick spray and
    bake according to package instructions.

Some have said an entire can of pop makes the cake TOO moist ... 10 oz. seems
to be the least I've seen suggested. Experiment yourself to find the best amount
    for your taste.
    --

Tip: Make sure to let the cake cook completely before you try to cut it. Because you aren't adding eggs, the cake will be tender and can tear if you cut it while it's warm. Some people have started adding 2 egg whites to the mix.
