Not new but new

Hi all
Just thought I would introduce myself. I’ve used MFP on and off for a while now, but never stuck to the logging part.
I’m 58 and getting better. I started my journey about 18 months ago weighing 308 and being badly out of shape. Today I weigh about 202 and have been working out about 4-5 times per week for a year and a half.
I’m feeling great but want to feel even better!!
I wanted to thank everyone for their posts- even though I haven contributed, I have read and picked up good advice and been inspired!
