Trying to finally do this!

Finally decided to put me first! Even though it has been hard I have lost 10.5 pounds so far in the first month. With the holidays and starting to feel down about myself it has been hard the last few days to keep writing down and sticking to it. Need to get out of that mind set and keep going. The results of 10 pounds only has been amazing. I keep telling myself imagine what 20 will look like!
