So I have tried so many times before this to lose weight and it has failed miserably every time! I would cave in to cravings and temptations! I knew I needed to lose the weight but I just couldn’t stick with it no matter how hard I tried! I started my weight loss journey again this time on October 21st of this year. Since that date I have lost 25 pounds! I feel this time is different, I have the motivation and the determination to make the changes that I need to make! I am working out 6 days a week for 2 hours a day and counting my calorie intake. I know I can do this! Only thing I am missing is some friends to go through this journey with! Some motivators! Some people to talk to! I am 29 going on 30 in January, married mom of 3... looking to lose a bunch of weight (100 pounds or more)! If you are looking for friends feel free to add me, ☺️❤️
