Hey,
I'm doing fitness sport for more than one year, and decided that I want to track my calories, in order to slowly gain weight. My problem is, that I often cook food for two days. When cooking I'm scanning all ingrediances, but most of the time I dont eat everything, but keep it for the next day. So what is thee best way for dealing with this? Is there a way i can say, I ate just 50% or just 500g of a meal?

  • The simplest way is probably to go to your recipes and create a recipe for whatever it is - then set the servings to 1. Then you can log portions of the single serving as you eat them, such as 0.75 on day 1 and 0.25 on day 2.

If you really are eating the same thing the next day, the easiest thing might be to log half the amount for today and chilly the meal to tomorrow (assuming you're the only person eating the food). But if multiple people are eating, or you might freeze leftovers, the recipe builder is probably worth the effort.
