Hi there! I’m Pat, from Toronto, just joined up today. A friend recommended My Fitness Pal. He lost about 40 lbs. and looks great, so I’m hoping this will help me too. 😀 My goal is 23 lbs. I’m looking forwarded to being part of this awesome group. 👍
