Challenge: Maintaining Until Christmas

Perhaps this post would be better suited for the “maintenance” group, but I’m not quite at maintenance yet. I am worried about gaining over the next month which was my problem last year! I lost 27 pounds from 1/1/2019 last year to about 7/1/2019 to be within my goal of 118-120 pounds. The last few months I have stopped calorie counting and daily weighing for better or worse. And while I’ve only gained a handful of pounds, I can sense I am going to tumble into old holiday habits! I want to approach January 1 only needing to lose 5 pounds and not 30 pounds like last year!
So... I wanted to start a weekly challenge group until New Years of just trying to maintain weight until January 1 when I will more actively aim for those last five pounds! Feel free to join me! It’s been a few months since I’ve participated in one of these threads!
