    i started it a few weeks back and quickly lost 12 lbs but then got sidetracked and stopped. it is killer. first three days were brutal. its not easy by all means. be prepared.

    :smile: Good Luck! I started it last week!!!!!!! It is kicking my butt... however I am really liking it so far. Thank god for recovery formula or I would not be able to walk. Friend me if you want an accountability partner

    Not yet but will be. I just recently finished p90x (although I'm extending it until I go on vacation so am doing a bit more than 90 days) and I caught a glimpse of Insanity and liked it. I cannot wait! I will start Sept. 19.
