Decided to take the plunge today and join 1 of these online apps. A YouTube expat turned me on to this app. So what the heck, doesn’t hurt to give it a try! I am a 54 yr old, 345 lb, seditary expat, who wants and needs to change his life. So I am hoping this will be the 1st day of the rest of my life! So wish me luck!!!!!
