Today is day 2 of my new diet/exercise plan. I thought it wouldn't be enough food yesterday but turns out I didn't even eat all of my 5 meals I am given. Today I woke up starving and I am trying very hard not to stray from the plan. It's a rest day according to my workout guide, but I am thinking about going to the pool and swimming some laps just so I don't feel lazy.
