Anyone have/having vsg? I had mine 8/1/2016. I’m down 131 pounds so far. Want to lose this last 15/20 pounds.

    7/11/17 starting weight 313 current weight 235. I am 6 months post partum. I am about 15lbs away from pre baby weight and 202 was my lowest post op surgeons goal was 170. I wasnt an ideal patient but I am back on track now.

    5 years post op. I started at 400lbs and lost down to 198. I didn't commit to changing my lifestyle and did gain some of that back so I am working to loose some more. My goal weight was 175. I never made it there but I plan on making it this time and reward myself with a tummy tuck to get rid of all this extra skin!

    😩 I feel you in that one! I got pregnant 5 months post op. But was down to 147lbs 11 days postpartum. My son is two now and I’m hanging round 150.

    I didn’t workout when I was losing the weight. So my skin is pretty bad. But I am doing strength training now. So hopefully that will help some. But I just look at it as I’d rather the skin than the weight. 🤷🏽‍♀️
