Over 50 New-Need support

GM All,

It’s time to return to the gym and finally get serious about losing some excess weight. I really could use some support to keep me motivated. I have also begun to track my calories with MFP.
I can’t believe how weak I have become and so out of shape! I need to get strong, get motivated and make some serious changes in my life.
I look forward to learning and hearing from other over 50 females.
