Lose weight before vacation challenge!

I going on vacation in early Jan. I really want to lose at least 10 lbs. before I leave. Is anyone else up for a challenge? It will be totally worth it! I need to lose about 30 lbs, but this is a good start. :)

I am a female in my early 40's.

    I've found having a "date" helps me stay motivated to get there, but afterwards I struggle to be consistent until the next "date" I set. It could be a revolving door you're heading into, but I still do it anyway. I leave for my honeymoon on 12/30 and hope to be under 150 by then. That's 5ish lbs. It'll be tough but I'm motivated!

    GREAT! I just need to do this. I will feel so better when I leave if I make this happen. I don't want to look back later, wondering why I didn't push myself to at least lose a some weight before. The number 1 way that seems to work for me is when I ACTUALLY post what my weight is every morning or take a picture of my scale and HAVE to show it to someone so that I am accountable.

    Awesome! I've done a few challenges and it's helpful when the dates are pre-set. You say early January? So maybe add a few more days than what I have below.

    154 today same weight.
