I had a interview today.
I went to the wrong place and this panicked me even more
I put so much effort in to this but I was unsuccessful unfortunately.
I have asked for feedback, I can apply within 6 months.
It is so depressing as I 110 effort and had so many endless nights studying
I came to the gym to take my anger out lol
I am angry at myself, I suffer with disabilities and I blame myself for getting frustrated

Don’t kick yourself when you’re down. We can’t live without making mistakes. We just can’t.

You are too hard on yourself. You went to the gym after all that. Do you know how hard that is? It would be simple to num with food, or other unhealthy external resources. I found this great article that changed my perspective. https://medium.com/the-mission/how-to-stop-feeling-sorry-for-yourself-and-transform-into-your-best-version-f625b4f497f2
