I've got decades of exercise behind me so I guess I will start back up and watch what I eat.

It will work, I removed 25 pounds of pudge, after I dislocated my shoulder last February. The pain, swelling and limits do a number on a body. Be patient with yourself!! You can do this.0

As many people on here remind others of us, weight loss happens in the kitchen. So even if you’re not able to move in a way you’ve been accustomed to, CICO says that you can lose the added weight.
