Exercises to get rid of back fat?

Ever since I was about 12 I've had two fat rolls on my back, one on each side. I've been shrinking my stomach area really well (it's my biggest problem area) but I have no idea how to get rid of back fat. Any good exercises for this?

I've been doing Pilates, and a step board while watching t.v. I also play Wii Fit with my kids a lot:) I've been making sure I get at least 8 cups of water every day, eat 5 fruits/veggies per day, and exercise every day for at least 320 minutes. (edited-I mean 30 minutes per day!) I'm loving my new energy levels!0

Well BJ, the best thing is to keep doing what you're doing.0

Haha, I meant 30 minutes per day, not 320 per day!0

Kickboxing/boxing. I've been doing Turbo Jam for over 4 years and the first thing that happened was it put me into a 32-34 bra size from a 36.
*** For those who say you cannot target a spot, we all know that's true but some exercises help certain areas. When I started TJ in Feb 2007 I wanted to lose 3-6 lbs and I did so you can't say it was overall loss of weight that caused the slimmer back.0 -
