Hello everybody!! While doing an internet search today I came across myfitnesspal and I decided to take a look and see what it is all about. I really like the way that I can put in what I'm eating and it will calculate the calories for me. I was trying another weight loss technique and, quite frankly, I'm not happy with the results you get from it. The total weight loss for the other technique is somewhere around 11 pounds and I want to loose more than that. However, I'm going to take it one step at a time and one week at a time until I get to to my final weight goal. I'm still trying to figure everything out and if anybody can give me any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks for the tips...I'll try to remember them. Today, while talking to my sister on the phone, I was telling her about the site and I was telling her how I was wanting to lose weight by watching the calories. I must say she wasn't the most "positive" person to talk to. Instead of encouraging me, she was asking me if it was something that I could stick to...I think that by having the tools and reports to keep me on track that I can lose weight by watching what I eat.
