I have an ab rocker but I have a hard time using it because I am big. I am trying to do my best to lose the belly bulge but it is hard. So I wanted to know what you all though about it which would you think is better?

I am convinced that there are better uses for your cash than for such a limited thing like those ab things....walking is the best overall thing for small medium and large people...if it is cold...bundle up with layers....if you want something to do while watching the tube....there are exerbikes for small medium and large people also.....
losing the belly isnt gonna happen to just the belly...you will lose more overall weight with a more complete exercise like walking...you dont have to go far or long ...build up ti it gradually
good luck

Personally I think that good old cardio will get rid of the excess that makes the one you have uncomfortable......be sure to hold your ab muscles (core) while exercising....it takes practice. I have a big belly issue and do small amounts of crunches, most of my belly work is done standing.......and if you have a problem with situps, try lying on your back knees bent and lift your pelvis......tighten your tummy and butt.....you will get a double whammy this way.............but beware....if you have a honey....he may see this as the mating ritual and well you could end up with kids
