i was wondering if i should start having some in my diet
i already have plenty or fibre, im always over.
but still are there any other benefits, should i sprinkle some on my oatmeal?

also curious about lsa? what is it how is it good for you?

    It's a great source of omega 3 fatty acids- GREAT for the brain & heart!

  • I understand that Flax seed is good for us. However, I also learned that they must be ground up (like in a coffee grinder or spice grinder) to be effective. If not, they simply travel through us, whole, without departing any benefits.

    Hemp actually apparently has an even better fatty acid profile (that's the ratio of w-3:6:9) than flax. You can buy it as hemp "hearts." But yes, if you're buying flax, buy it whole and grind it. Unground doesn't do you much good, and if you buy it already ground it's probably lost much of its effectiveness because the oils oxidize very quickly.
