December Goals

New to posting. My issue is consistency and lack of patience. So, my goal this month is to eat healthy everyday, diary everything, get to 3 miles walking a day, and just keep at it. I’ve diaried for 11 days and am going for 365 days in a row.

    I start today but my difficulty is working out because I don't have anybody to join me. I'm planning to start working out Monday wish me luck. I hope you accomplish your goal.
